2008 Fantasy Houseboat

This 85-foot aluminum houseboat is built for comfortable extended cruising and entertaining. Twin 4.3 V-6 Mercruiser engines power the boat, each with 303 hours of use, supported by a 20 KW Westerbeke generator with 900 hours logged. The boat handles from a hidden enclosed helm cabinet and includes front and rear thrusters for precise maneuvering in tight quarters.

The interior spans four bedrooms—three with queen beds and one cuddy cabin with twin beds—along with two full bathrooms. The master bath features both tub and shower, while the hall bath includes a tub and separate shower. Granite countertops line the full kitchen, which sits opposite an island bar with seating and is fitted with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and trash compactor. An additional beverage cooler sits in the kitchen. Carpet covers all living spaces except the kitchen and bathrooms, which are tiled. The cabin is fully insulated, and custom stereo runs throughout.

Outdoor spaces include a walk-through flybridge with lounge seating and a hardtop party top featuring a bar and stools. A rear slide, front deck gang plank with walk-through rail, side steps from the rear deck to the top deck, and front deck enclosure create multiple deck options. Hardside railings secure the lower decks. Rear deck storage and custom lighting under the bar and kitchen cabinets add functionality. The top deck was recoated with polyurethane in 2024, and the outdrives were serviced in 2018.
