The Hanse 470e is a modern performance cruiser built with an epoxy hull and steel-grid structure, delivering stiffness and handling suited to serious sailing. At nearly 47 feet with a 14.6-foot beam, the yacht combines efficient design with practical cruising capability. Power comes from a single Yanmar diesel engine of 100 horsepower.
The boat has undergone extensive work recently. Running rigging, forestay, and spreaders are new. The backstay is now hydraulic, and a retractable anchor roller has been fitted. The helm features refreshed steering wheels. A new bimini and spray hood improve comfort on deck.
Interior systems have been substantially upgraded. New B&G chartplotters and radar provide navigation capability, with LAN cabling throughout. The electrical system includes a Victron remote monitoring and energy management setup, paired with custom Solbian solar panels. A water maker and new water heater support extended cruising. The Fusion entertainment system, windlass, and all seacocks and heads have been serviced or replaced. A custom removable hull wrap is also in place.
