2008 Latitude 46 Tofinou 9.5

This 2008 Latitude 46 Tofinou 9.5 is a classic sloop designed by Joubert & Nivelt with a fractional 9/10 rig and carbon mast. The fiberglass hull carries a retractable keel with a minimum draft of 1.20 meters and maximum of 2.20 meters, making it a capable yet manageable cruiser. Powered by a Yammer diesel engine, the boat measures 31 feet in length with an 8-foot beam and is known for responsive performance that suits both solo sailing and small crews.

The layout includes one double berth and two single berths, offering modest but functional accommodation for cruising. The boat is straightforward to handle and relatively compact, making it well-suited to trailer transport between sailing grounds.

In 2021 the yacht underwent a comprehensive refit that included complete hull hydrogummage and repaint, teak capping strip stripped and revarnished, cabin varnish refreshed, and new standing rigging installed. A new sail plan was added—Quantum Xcut mainsail with two reefs and matching Xcut jib—along with a full engine service covering the exhaust bellows, hoses, and belts. A winter cover from 2024 is included.
