2009 Hunter 49

The 2009 Hunter 49 is a 48-foot cruising sailboat with a fiberglass hull and a single 75-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine. She features in-mast furling mainsail and furling genoa, both relatively new, along with an asymmetric spinnaker with snuffer sock. The yacht carries a bow thruster, electric anchor windlass with dual anchors, and dinghy davits. Navigation and helm systems include a Raymarine Axiom 9 chartplotter and MFD at the nav desk, a recent Raymarine Hybrid Touch plotter at the helm, Raymarine radar, and a Raymarine ST7002 autopilot with TriData display. A Fischer Panda 12.5-kilowatt generator and Victron monitoring panel support onboard power.

The saloon centers on a large dinette that converts into a lounging area, with a port-side sofa offering storage beneath. A leather captain's chair anchors the nav desk, where electrical controls and monitoring systems are consolidated. The galley provides extensive counter space and three refrigerator-freezer units; the propane stove and oven are in good condition, though the microwave is non-operational. Hunter dishes are included.

Accommodation spans three cabins and two heads. The forward cabin features a centerline bed accessible from both sides, cedar-lined hanging lockers, and a separate shower. Each aft cabin offers ample headroom, hanging storage, and large bunks with reading lights. The aft head includes a separate shower stall. The Hunter 49 also includes air conditioning, electric flush toilets, electric Lewmar primary and secondary winches, remote VHF microphone at the helm, and various audio systems. Upholstery and interior woodwork are reported in good condition.
