The Feeling 52 is a fiberglass sailing yacht built by Alliaura Marine, combining the volume and comfort of a catamaran with the sailing characteristics and seaworthiness of a monohull. Her most distinctive feature is a retractable keel that draws 1.3 metres in shallow water and can be lowered to 3.70 metres for offshore work, paired with twin rudders that allow her to sit upright on sand. The hull is designed for bluewater cruising and short-handed management, with furling systems and electric winches throughout.
Power comes from two independent Volvo Penta 55 hp engines fitted with saildrives, providing redundancy and strong charging capability. The yacht carries a walk-in engine room with clearly organised systems, a bow and stern thruster, 1500 watts of solar panels, an 8.5 kVA genset, watermaker, and Starlink connectivity. The sail plan was upgraded in 2022 and includes a full cruising wardrobe.
Below deck, the layout offers three cabins and two heads. The deck saloon extends 360 degrees with abundant natural light, while the protected cockpit features a hardtop and full enclosure. The master cabin is positioned aft with an ensuite bathroom and separate shower.
Between 2022 and 2025, the yacht underwent substantial upgrades and refits including new rigging, sails, solar installation, antifouling, and electronics systems. Maximum speed is approximately 8.5 knots, with a cruising speed of 5.5 knots.
