This 2010 Lagoon 440 is a fiberglass catamaran 44 feet long with a 23-foot beam, powered by twin Yanmar diesel engines of 112 hp each. Built for comfort and extended cruising, the boat features four cabin suites, each with private heads and showers, plus two additional crew cabins. The galley includes a three-burner stove and oven, while the main salon has a U-shaped settee with seating for eight and 360-degree views to the cockpit. A custom full-size flybridge bimini and rigid aft cockpit bimini provide outdoor shelter.
Recent upgrades include new standing rigging, mast rewiring, and replacement of both saildrives with Yanmar 4JH57 engines and SD-60 units. Engine mounts, bellows, and all related systems have been serviced. Ground tackle consists of a recent windlass and anchor chain. A 960-watt solar array with Victron controllers powers a house battery bank installed in 2025, supported by two inverters and a Honda 2200-watt generator. Navigation equipment includes a Raymarine Axiom chartplotter and autopilot, AIS transponder, and upgraded VHF.
Additional systems include a Rainmaker watermaker for extended off-grid voyaging, custom refrigeration, and Bluetooth sound with six speakers and a 32-inch flat-screen television in the owner's suite. The full-batten mainsail and furling genoa have been repaired and have two to three seasons of use remaining. Running rigging is led to the helm for single-handed sailing. A 2022 aluminum dinghy with 18-hp outboard is included with the boat.
