A 2010 Phisa XV catamaran, a custom one-off design by architect Christophe Barreau built to exacting specifications at the professional Phisa workshop. The 47-foot composite hull features three cabins with a spacious saloon and cockpit, alongside dual wheel steering stations mounted on the roof structure for enhanced safety and control.
The boat underwent comprehensive refitting in 2023 and 2024. The pair of 114 hp Yanmar diesel engines and sail drives are new, as are the standing rigging, trampolines, and Flexiteek decking. Power systems include a 1000-watt solar panel array, lithium-ion battery bank with Mastervolt management and 2000-watt inverter, and a 24-volt circuit. Fresh anchoring gear comprises 70 meters of 12mm chain.
Navigation and convenience electronics are current. The chart table houses a 16-inch Raymarine display, while the helm station features a 9-inch Axium screen, Quantum 2 radar from 2024, and dual autopilot repeaters. Interior systems include a desalination unit producing 60 liters per hour, washing machine, and a lazy bag for sail management. The mast and boom were repainted in 2023, and the roof plexi is new.
The sails date to 2025.
