2011 Lagoon 450

This 2011 Lagoon 450 is a fiberglass catamaran measuring 45.83 feet in length with a beam of 25.75 feet. Twin Yammer diesel engines of 54 hp each power the boat, each showing approximately 1,700 operating hours. The catamaran was purchased new and used by its original owners for just 6 to 8 weeks annually, never chartered. The engines have been serviced every year, and the boat has undergone biennial haul-outs for hull cleaning, anode replacement, and saildrive servicing throughout its life.

The layout includes six cabins and four heads. Onboard systems emphasize comfort and self-sufficiency: air conditioning runs throughout all cabins and the saloon, a Dessalator watermaker produces 100 litres per hour, solar panels with an inverter provide supplementary power, and a Cummins Onan 11.5 kVA generator handles larger power demands. A Yamaha 4-stroke outboard serves the tender.

The full sail inventory—fully battened mainsail, furling genoa, Code Zero, and spinnaker—has been cleaned and stored carefully each season and remains in sound condition. Recent upgrades include a windlass motor replaced in 2018 and a renewed bimini structure installed in 2022. The boat carries a generator with approximately 750 hours of use.
