2012 Lagoon 400

This 2012 Lagoon 400 catamaran features two Yanmar diesel engines of 78 horsepower each powering a fiberglass hull 40 feet long with a 23.75-foot beam. The boat has undergone extensive systems upgrades completed in 2024 by certified marine professionals, including a new rig installed by FKG in St Martin, new Victron MultiPlus 3000 inverter and five Victron MPPT chargers, and a Raymarine Axiom 12 chartplotter with integrated AIS. Power generation includes a high-output solar array of 2,405 watts mounted on a custom stainless and aluminum arch, paired with 920 amp-hours of Epoch lithium battery storage. Navigation and connectivity systems feature radar that has been serviced and upgraded, plus Starlink Maritime internet.

Onboard systems include a professional Seawater Pro watermaker producing 40 gallons per hour with dual membrane and external control panel. The galley has a new solenoid switch controlling gas to both stove and BBQ, and a fresh water washdown port with quick-connect Gardena fitting has been added. Bulkheads throughout are reinforced and well-glassed, verified through professional inspection. Escape hatches have been upgraded with Lagoon factory-style brackets.

Equipment includes a Highfield Classic 340 tender at 11 feet 2 inches in Hypalon with a Yamaha 15 horsepower outboard. Ground tackle consists of an oversized new Rocna 33 anchor. The original saloon table remains aboard in good condition. The boat was used seasonally from November through April since 2018 and stored in dry dock during off-season periods.
