2013 Thoroughbred 80'x 18'

This 2013 Thoroughbred houseboat spans 80 feet with an 18-foot beam, offering substantial living and entertaining space. The aluminum hull is powered by twin 4.3L Mercruiser engines with Bravo 2 drives and includes joystick control for ease of handling. Bow and stern hydraulic thrusters add precision maneuvering capability. The boat is equipped with a 15kW Kohler generator, 3000-watt inverter, and comprehensive systems including a 3.5-ton water-source HVAC unit and dual 50-amp shore power connections.

The interior comprises four staterooms and two heads. The master features an ensuite head with walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub, plus a king walkaround bed positioned beneath an oversized stern window. The second stateroom holds a queen bed with private access to the second head, which offers a walk-in shower and full vanity. A third stateroom with a full-size bed and storage is accessed from the salon. The fourth stateroom currently functions as storage.

The boat carries full insulation with thermal windows and doors throughout. Exterior features include a hydraulic swim platform with Pebble Tech finish, full enclosures on both front and rear decks, a 24-foot fiberglass party top, and a sunlounger bridge package. The upper deck was resealed in 2025 with Pithane Ultra coating. Other equipment includes a windlass with over 200 feet of all-chain rode, new mesh upper railing, rear commercial door with built-in blinds, and a storage closet on the rear deck.

Fresh water capacity is 300 gallons with 200 gallons for holding and 200 for fuel. Dual 19-gallon fast-recovery water heaters support the two heads and galley. The engines were serviced in 2025.
