2014 Cutwater 28

The 2014 Cutwater 28 is a fiberglass sports cruiser built around a proven platform known for seakeeping and fuel efficiency. Powered by a Volvo Penta D4-260 diesel engine with 890 hours, it's equipped with side-power bow and stern thrusters for confident maneuvering. Twin Garmin 7212 chartplotters, radar, GPS, and autopilot form a complete navigation suite, while a 100-gallon fuel tank and 40-gallon water capacity support extended cruising.

The cabin layout provides two sleeping areas: a spacious V-berth forward with hanging locker and a quarter berth tucked beneath the dinette, which converts to additional sleeping space. The galley features a Princess propane two-burner stove with oven, and the head includes an upgraded Raritan electric toilet with sink and shower. A Webasto forced-air furnace supports year-round operation.

Deck and cockpit amenities include a Lewmar 1000 windlass with helm and bow controls, a four-step stainless steel ladder on the bow platform, and a Cutwater 8-foot inflatable tender on davits. The cockpit offers a sink with shower handle and fold-out seats to port and starboard. Downrigger pads and 12-volt outlets support fishing pursuits.

Recent work includes replacement of all four batteries, exterior canvas, cabin upholstery, and the rear helm Volvo control in 2025. A full service was completed in June 2025, with documented maintenance records available. The boat carries a Fusion stereo system, LED navigation lighting with remote spotlight, and a 19-inch flat-screen television for entertainment.
