2014 Maine Cat P44

This 2014 Maine Cat P44 is a 48-foot composite catamaran built for extended coastal cruising. Twin Suzuki 4-stroke outboards deliver 175 hp each, providing efficient power that's easy to service and allows the boat to be hauled in most ports—a practical advantage uncommon in powercat design. The boat reaches 15 knots maximum and cruises at 10 knots.

The P44 accommodates two cabins and two heads. Climate control spans the pilothouse, master stateroom, and guest stateroom via three separate air conditioning units. The galley includes two drawer refrigerators and two drawer freezers, along with a Splendide combination washer and dryer for extended voyages.

Power and water systems are supported by a diesel generator paired with a dedicated diesel fuel tank. As of May 2026, engines show 418 hours of operation.
