The Marlow Hunter 33e combines proven cruising design with solid engineering. Built in 2015, this fiberglass sailing yacht spans 33 feet with an 11.5-foot beam and carries a single 29-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine. She features an in-mast furling mainsail, a redesigned cockpit with fold-down swim platform, and Hunter's characteristic window line and flush deck hatches. The wider aft beam and deeper bow hollow support responsive sailing dynamics.
Below deck, accommodations include an aft cabin with generous headroom, a salon with convertible dinette and chart table, and thoughtful storage throughout. Finishes feature horizontal-grain cherry cabinetry, hardwood-style flooring, and Corian countertops with stainless-steel fiddles. Climate control is provided by a factory Marine-Air digital air conditioning system and diesel-fired heat.
Recent upgrades include a brand-new Yanmar engine installed in July 2025 with only 9 hours of operation, new bottom paint applied in April 2026, new Optima Bluetop D31M batteries installed in 2025, and a new ProNautica battery charger. The yacht was originally kept on the Great Lakes before being transported to San Diego in early 2021.
