2015 Ranger Tugs R-27

The Ranger Tugs R-27 is a 27-foot fiberglass trawler built to balance comfort with practical handling. Powered by a Volvo D3 200 hp diesel engine with 871 hours, it includes a bow thruster with wireless remote, windlass, and anchor package. Navigation systems comprise a Garmin 7212 chartplotter, xHD radar, and autopilot. The hull is finished in midnight blue with a red waterline and protected with bottom paint.

The cabin is bright and efficiently laid out with a galley featuring a propane stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and sink. A dinette seat converts to a berth, and there is a quarter berth with an attached seat and fold-out desk. Large windows provide natural light and sightlines. LED lighting, a diesel heater, TV, and Fusion audio system complete the interior. A shore power plug and cord support dockside connection.

Electrical systems include an AGM battery upgrade and solar panel. The boat carries a solar panel, macerator system, and safety kit. On deck, a Bimini top with full enclosure and blackout panels shelters the helm, while a swim step, spotlight, and dinghy with standoffs provide convenience. Downrigger plates and plugs are fitted for fishing capability.
