This 48-foot sailing cruiser combines light displacement design with spacious accommodations and responsive handling in shallow and deep water alike. Twin 80-horsepower Yammer diesel engines provide redundancy and tight maneuvering, while the sail plan is configured for speed and control across all points of sail. The boat motors at 7 knots and reaches 13 knots under sail. Classic, distinctive lines define the exterior.

The interior offers generous volume unusual for a sailing yacht, with well-appointed storage throughout, hanging lockers, and multiple berths. All cockpit lines run aft for convenient sail handling, and the large stainless steel arch supports the traveler system so the boom stays clear of the working deck. A stack pack enables quick mainsail deployment and recovery.

Safety and seamanship are built in. Robust padeyes throughout the cockpit support harnesses for deck work. Ground tackle includes primary and secondary anchor systems: a 60-pound Delta anchor on 150 feet of chain and 250 feet of nylon, backed by a 40-pound Fortress anchor on 25 feet of chain and 200 feet of nylon. The boat's responsive, nimble character makes it equally at home in shoal waters and open ocean.
