2016 Nautitech 40 Open

The 2016 Nautitech 40 Open is a composite catamaran built for both private cruising and charter work. At nearly 40 feet with a 22.67-foot beam, she delivers a stable platform with genuine outdoor-living appeal. Twin 78 hp Volvo diesel engines provide dependable propulsion, with a cruising speed of 6 knots and a maximum speed of 9 knots. She reaches 6 knots under sail as well.

The layout centers on an open-plan design that flows seamlessly between interior and exterior spaces. Below deck are four cabins and two heads. The expansive aft cockpit accommodates up to eight people and includes a gas grill and outdoor freezer. Twin helm stations—one in the open, one beneath the covered saloon—offer flexible helming options, while autopilot enables hands-free sailing. A Code Zero sail handles lighter winds effectively.

Comfort systems include a large air conditioning unit and onboard generator. All primary systems are in place and well maintained. The catamaran is Thai-registered and equipped for extended tropical sailing.
