2017 Cutwater C-28 Deluxe

The 2017 Cutwater C-28 Deluxe is a 28-foot fiberglass trawler built to balance comfort with practical cruising capability. Powered by a single Volvo Penta D4 diesel engine producing 260 horsepower, she cruises efficiently at 16 knots and reaches a maximum speed of 24 knots. The design maximizes living space across her 8.5-foot beam, making her well-suited for weekend trips, extended cruises, or coastal exploration.

The interior includes two cabins and one head, with a forward stateroom, convertible dinette, and fully equipped galley. The helm station is enclosed and fitted with a Garmin 7612 multifunction display, 4kw radar dome, GPS antenna, and depth/fish finder. Large tinted windows and skylights bring natural light throughout the cabin. Climate control comes from a 16,000 BTU air conditioning and reverse cycle heating system.

Equipment includes a 3.5kw diesel generator with sound shield, Garmin autopilot with remote control, a Kyocera 140-watt solar panel with control panel, and a macerator discharge with Y-valve. Navigation and anchoring are supported by a 16.5-pound anchor, 50 feet of chain, and 200 feet of line. Onboard systems feature LED lighting throughout, a convection microwave, wine cooler, and a Bose speaker system. The cockpit has Raptor flooring and swim platform rails.

Recent updates include new AGM batteries installed in June 2025. The boat comes with a trailer and a comprehensive safety kit.
