This 2017 Lagoon 42 catamaran is a fiberglass-hulled cruising platform powered by twin Yanmar diesel engines of 114 horsepower each. Built for extended offshore passages, the boat has undergone a comprehensive refit in 2025 and is outfitted with substantial systems for autonomous operation: a 1120Ah lithium battery bank, 1.5kW solar array, 70 liters-per-hour watermaker with UV filtration, and a WhisperPower 4.3kW generator with a recently replaced engine holding approximately 180 hours of runtime. Air conditioning is installed throughout.
The layout comprises four cabins and four heads, with one cabin modified to accommodate a washing machine. The boat carries a full inventory of sails including a parasailor, furling gennaker, and working sails. A Highfield 340 inflatable dinghy with a 2021 Yamaha 25hp outboard is included.
Navigation and automation systems feature a B&G electronics suite with radar, AIS, and autopilot. The boat is equipped to cruise extended distances and comes with comprehensive systems for offshore self-sufficiency, including climate control and freshwater generation.
