The Del Sol is a 75-by-22-foot aluminum houseboat built in 2018 with a custom reverse floor plan designed for large groups. Twin diesel Yanmar engines rated at 260 horsepower provide power, supported by twin 25-kilowatt Northern Lights diesel generators. The boat carries 1,000 gallons of diesel fuel plus a 375-gallon gasoline tank for toys, backed by a robust battery system with an 8,000-watt inverter and 24 batteries total.
Accommodations include seven bedrooms, two kid cuddies, and four bathrooms—two three-quarter baths and two half-baths. The layout features a private master suite with king bed and full private bath, three additional upper-level suites with king beds, three cuddy cabins with queen beds, and two kid cuddies with Sunbrella padding. Two queen day beds and couches with sleeping pads on the third deck provide additional sleeping capacity. Central air conditioning and heating maintain climate control throughout.
The interior offers custom granite countertops in the galley and baths, full-size stainless steel range and oven, 66-inch refrigerator-freezer combo, commercial-grade ice maker, washer-dryer combo, and complete furnishings including a leather sectional sofa. The main salon seats 18 for dining. Entertainment systems include BOSE surround sound throughout, satellite TV in multiple rooms, a 60-inch main salon TV, and TV-DVD combos in each stateroom.
Outdoor spaces span three decks with a full black mesh screening, teak dining table seating ten, U-shaped granite bar with sink, ice maker, dishwasher, gas stove, and thirteen bar stools, plus an upper-deck BBQ grill. The boat features extended swim platform with custom water stairs, four PWC ramps with winches, dual helms with backup cameras, electronic navigation, windlass anchoring with four heads, and 900-gallon holding tank capacity.
