2018 CNB 66

This 2018 CNB 66 is a semi-custom cruising yacht designed by Philippe Briand and built by Construction Navale Bordeaux. The boat combines high-performance sailing with refined comfort, featuring a carbon mast and boom developed with Hall Spars, hydraulic and electric sail controls including roller-furling, electric winches, and a self-tacking jib track. Deck layout divides the cockpit into a working area aft and a relaxation zone forward, with teak surfaces and flush hatches. A hydraulic bathing platform lowers to reveal tender garage space. The 180 horsepower Volvo Penta diesel engine drives a folding propeller and is supported by upgraded bow and stern thrusters, with helm controls at both pedestals. Navigation equipment includes a comprehensive Raymarine system at dual helm stations, the mast, and chart table, plus North Sails main and jib inventory.

The interior layout departs from the standard three-cabin configuration by replacing one guest cabin with a dedicated open office space. The main saloon holds a dining area to port with an electric telescopic table and a generous lounge to starboard. The galley spans the aft port side and houses a Miele induction stove, oven/microwave, and dishwasher alongside multiple refrigeration units and a Miele washer/dryer. A separate Dometic wine cellar is included. All three cabins feature ensuite bathrooms with showers, electric toilets, and heated towel rails.

Systems and amenities throughout include a 13.5 kilowatt generator, upgraded battery banks, water maker, life raft, full climate control with reverse-cycle air conditioning, carbon bowsprit and steering wheels, a carbon gangway, and an electrically operated cockpit table. The sail locker is fitted with a fixed ladder, workbench, and modular storage. Interior finishes are of high quality throughout, with abundant natural light and thoughtfully designed spaces that work well underway.
