This 2018 Lagoon 42 is a four-cabin catamaran with a beam of 25.2 feet. The hull is fiberglass, and power comes from two Yanmar 4JH57 diesel engines of 57 hp each, with engine hours at 1850 and 1940 respectively.
The interior accommodates 12 berths across four double cabins, plus a saloon and four heads. Additional berths are possible in the two forepeak spaces. The catamaran carries 600 liters of fuel and 600 liters of fresh water, with four black water tanks and a Dessalator Freedom watermaker producing 100 liters per hour, installed in 2023.
Power systems include two Mastervolt 2000W converters, engine batteries (one replaced in 2025), four Exide 140 Ah AGM service batteries, six 160W solar panels from 2023, and a Victron Energy Smartsolar MPPT charge controller. Navigation and instrumentation are B&G electronics. One electric Harken winch and three manual winches are aboard; all winches were serviced in 2025.
The sail plan consists of a fully battened Dacron mainsail with three automatic reefs from 2024, a Dacron genoa from 2025 (unused), and an asymmetrical nylon Code 0+ VOP of 90 square meters from 2023. Antifouling was applied in 2025.
