2018 MJM 35z

This 2018 MJM 35z is a well-maintained downeast cruiser built by Boston Boatworks. She draws on Doug Zurn's design and is powered by twin 2020 Mercury 300hp Verado outboards—one with 324 hours and the other with 231 hours. The boat runs at a cruising speed of 38 knots and tops out at 50 knots, with a fuel capacity of 250 gallons and a range of 217 nautical miles.

The pilothouse and cockpit are thoughtfully outfitted for extended cruising. Inside, a 32-inch LED television, Fusion stereo system, and 16,000 BTU air conditioning offer comfort underway. A Seakeeper 3 gyro stabilizer manages motion. The helm features joystick control and a full suite of Raymarine electronics: 4KW digital radar, AIS system, VHF radio, and GPS plotter with multi-function display.

The exterior features double sliding glass side windows, electric push-button windshields, and synthetic teak decking throughout. A full-length bimini tops the cockpit, and the stainless steel bowrail carries an LED spotlight. Rod holders are mounted in the gunwales and aft seat systems. Additional systems include a Westerbeke 3.5 kW genset with 117 hours and a 156-watt solar panel mounted on the hardtop.
