The 2020 MJM 35z is a composite-hulled downeast design powered by twin Mercury Verado outboards producing 700 horsepower combined. The boat reaches 39.97 knots at full throttle and cruises comfortably at 32.15 knots. Mercury Joystick control with Skyhook and autopilot manage helm operations, while trim tabs aid handling and fuel efficiency.

Below, the boat offers a single head and sleeping accommodations across its modest cabin spaces. The helm deck and cabin are climate-controlled with air conditioning and reverse-cycle heating. A Raymarine Axiom Pro S 16-inch chartplotter and fishfinder form the navigation and sonar suite.

Equipment includes a Seakeep gyro stabilizer for ride quality, upgraded battery capacity, and a 165-watt solar panel integrated into the hardtop. Sliding glass side windows and electric windshield actuators enhance visibility and weather protection. A custom galley sink with storage sits in the cockpit. The engines show 585 hours and have been fitted with new Sharrow propellers.
