2018 Sea Ray SLX 400

The 2018 Sea Ray SLX 400 is a 39-foot cruiser built around social entertaining and extended time on the water. Powered by three MerCruiser engines producing 1,240 horsepower, the boat combines performance with thoughtful design across every area—from the helm to the swim platform.

The cabin is equipped for overnight stays, with a queen berth, convertible dinette, galley featuring a microwave and refrigerator, and a head with shower. Air conditioning and a Kohler generator keep the cabin comfortable. The main entertainment hub is the expansive cockpit, sheltered by a convertible shade system. This area includes teak flooring and tables, a wine fridge, wet bar with twin electric grills, and an integrated sound system. Aft, the design prioritizes swimming and sunbathing, with a hydraulic swim platform and drop-down beach platform on the starboard side.

The fiberglass hull is finished in real teak throughout high-traffic areas. The boat was recognized with a 2017 NMMA Innovation Award for its integrated design approach to performance and comfort.
