2019 J Boats J/121

The 2019 J/Boats J/121 is a 40-foot offshore performance sailing yacht built for competitive racing with a small crew while retaining versatility for inshore racing, distance cruising, and daysailing. Designed and optimized for speed and manageability in offshore conditions, the J/121 has established itself as one of the strongest shorthanded offshore designs in the J/Boats range. This example has been continuously upgraded and refined by leading marine specialists, with extensive systems work completed in 2025.

The yacht accommodates one cabin with one head, suited to the demands of both racing programs and weekend cruising. Power comes from a single 29-horsepower Yammer diesel engine. The boat carries a comprehensive North Sails inventory and is equipped with offshore communications, lithium power systems, a watermaker, Starlink, redundant electronics, and custom deck systems configured for racing efficiency.

The hull is fiberglass with striking Flag Blue Awlgrip topsides. Recent upgrades address all major systems and support the boat's readiness for serious coastal and offshore competition.
