2019 MJM 43z

The 2019 MJM 43z is a 43-foot downeast express powered by three Mercury Verado 400hp outboards, delivering 1200 total horsepower and a maximum speed of 46 knots. The boat features joystick piloting with Skyhook technology for simplified docking and maneuvering. Built by Boston Boatworks with Doug Zurn hull design, the 43z combines efficient performance with a modern interior finished in teak and ebony soles, grey Corian countertops, and a bright pilothouse with sliding side glass, roll-up aft Strataglass, and electric opening windshield windows.

The interior is arranged as a comfortable cruising layout with accommodation for extended time on the water. Additional systems include a Seakeeper 6 gyrostabilizer for stability underway, FLIR nightvision camera for navigation, and Starlink satellite internet connectivity. The boat carries an ISO Certified Category B safety rating.

The outboards were serviced in August 2025. The composite hull is built to high standards throughout, with attention to construction detail and material quality typical of the MJM brand.
