2019 Ranger Tugs R-29 CB

The 2019 Ranger Tugs R-29 CB is a fiberglass trawler built for comfortable cruising and coastal exploration. Powered by a single 300-horsepower Volvo diesel engine, it cruises at 16 knots and features a trim tab for improved handling. The 29-foot hull with a 10-foot beam provides a solid platform for extended time on the water.

The cabin layout includes two staterooms and one head, offering comfortable accommodation for a small crew or family. The boat has been equipped with an extensive range of modern systems and upgrades. Navigation electronics include dual Garmin 8612 series chart plotters with sonar and xHD radar, plus a Garmin autopilot with remote control and dual-station operation. Power systems feature a Master Volt inverter installed in 2023, new Lifeline AGM batteries from 2024, and solar panels. Climate control is provided by a diesel heater and forced-air furnace with a smart thermostat.

Additional equipment includes a Factory 290 Rigid Inflatable dinghy with Weaver davits, a 6-horsepower Yamaha outboard, portable generator with engine room storage, stern line reel, downrigger pads, Magma BBQ, and a Raptor non-skid deck surface in the cockpit. The boat was ceramic coated in 2024 and features new custom canvas tops, along with upgraded storage solutions throughout.
