2019 Regal 28 Express

The 2019 Regal 28 Express is a fiberglass express cruiser powered by a single Volvo V-8 350 gasoline engine with 260 hours of operation. The boat measures 28 feet 9 inches in length with an 8-foot 6-inch beam, and features a stainless steel duo prop. Fuel capacity is 73 gallons, with a 20-gallon freshwater tank and 20-gallon holding tank.

The helm is outfitted with a Garmin VHF radio, Garmin 742 chart plotter, Faria digital depth finder, and compass. A Fusion stereo with six speakers provides entertainment. The saloon features a maple rum floor, teak table, flat-screen TV with DVD player, and a Marino Tusk sofa. The galley includes an electric cooktop, microwave, and Moon Crystal countertop. Climate control is provided by air conditioning with reverse cycle heat, and a water heater serves the dedicated shower and electric head.

Additional equipment includes a bow thruster, trim tabs, anchor windlass with stainless steel anchor, cockpit refrigerator, transom shower, and extended swim platform. A convertible forward berth and four-position ultra lounge provide sleeping arrangements. Canvas protection includes a full enclosure with camper cover in medium blue, cockpit cover, helm cover, and a suntop with stainless frame. A power tower, auto fire suppression system, and gas vapor detector enhance safety and functionality.

Recent service completed in spring 2026 included water pump replacement, zinc replacement, gear lube and oil changes, fuel and oil filter service, spark plug replacement, bottom paint, trim tab paint, and battery service.
