2020 Elan Impression 45.1

The 2020 Elan Impression 45.1 is a modern sailing cruiser designed by Rob Humphreys and built by Elan Yachts in Slovenia. At 45 feet with a beam of 13.67 feet, the boat combines a spacious deck saloon with refined proportions suited to both family cruising and charter work. Power comes from a Volvo Penta D2-50F 50hp diesel engine paired with a bow thruster for tight marina maneuvering.

Accommodation includes four cabins—a forward double, two aft doubles, and a portside bunk cabin—each with hanging lockers. Two heads are fitted with Jabsco manual toilets, washbasins, and showers. The saloon can convert to an additional double berth. The galley is fully equipped with a three-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, and freezer.

Deck equipment and systems are comprehensive. The rig includes a furling genoa of 52.47 square meters and a half-batten mainsail with lazy bag of 46.79 square meters. An electric windlass, bow thruster, and bimini with sprayhood are fitted. Cockpit features include a refrigerator, barbecue, teak sole, and shower. Navigation is supported by a Raymarine electronics package and Fusion VHF radio. Additional systems include shore power, battery charger, and hot water heating.

The boat has been maintained throughout its service life with regular attention to hull, rigging, and engine. The yacht was hauled ashore and stored during winter seasons and operated on charter approximately 15 weeks annually before being offered for sale by its first owner.
