The Grand Soleil 45 J&V is a 45-foot performance cruising yacht designed by judel/vrolijk & co. and built by Italian yard Cantiere del Pardo. Her low freeboard and clean deck profile give her distinctive, modern lines. The hull is fiberglass, reinforced with a galvanised steel frame strongback that provides exceptional rigidity and torsion-free structure. A single 54 hp Yanmar diesel engine powers the boat. The design prioritizes both sailing performance and easy handling, making her suitable for small crews.
Below deck, the yacht offers three cabins and two heads with a mahogany interior and laminated cabin floor boards. The rig features a SPARCRAFT performance mast with three sets of spreaders and L-shaped performance lead keel with approximately 2.30 m draught. A folding swim platform is fitted as standard.
Recent work includes new sails installed in 2022, a retractable bow thruster added in 2021, and standing rigging replaced in 2024. Bottom paint was completely stripped and rebuilt in 2022. The yacht has been professionally maintained and continuously serviced since relocating to the Baltic Sea in 2013.
