2020 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 44 DS

The 2020 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 44 DS combines a Philippe Briand–designed hull with thoughtful interior and deck work by Franck Darnet & Flahault Design. The boat delivers both responsive sailing and genuine comfort underway. Twin helms provide flexibility and open access to the transom and swim ladder, while all sheets and winch controls lead aft to allow short-handed or single-handed operation with ease.

The deck layout prioritizes practicality. A large Bimini and dodger protect from sun and rain, creating a sheltered seating area. Electronics are positioned strategically to support safe passage-making and navigation.

Below deck, the boat offers three cabins and two heads for cruising accommodation. The diesel Yanmar engine produces 57 horsepower and powers the fiberglass hull measuring 44 feet by 13.83 feet in beam.

The boat has completed extended cruising, including a Mediterranean passage and a transatlantic crossing, and is ready for further voyaging.
