2020 NEEL 45

The 2020 Neel 45 Evolution is a performance cruising trimaran built for extended offshore sailing. Her design combines the upwind efficiency and responsiveness of a monohull with the stability and living space of a multihull platform. The central hull delivers precise handling and excellent upwind ability, while the outer floats provide stability for carrying ample sail area. Reported performance reaches 200–220 nautical miles per day in passage conditions, with speeds of 15–18 knots in moderate breeze.

The trimaran hull form reduces pitching and maintains gentle heel angles, creating predictable motion offshore and easing crew fatigue. Structural loads distribute evenly across the platform, reducing rig stress and supporting long-term reliability. Her sailing systems are straightforward and manageable for short-handed crews.

Below deck, the open-plan "Cockloon" layout connects cockpit and saloon with excellent visibility. A central galley functions securely at sea, and the accommodation comprises a main-deck owner's cabin and two float cabins with generous ventilation and storage throughout.
