2020 Ranger Tugs R-27

The 2020 Ranger Tugs R-27 is a 27-foot fiberglass trawler powered by a single Yamaha 300 hp outboard engine with approximately 109 hours of use. The boat features a beam of 8.5 feet and comes with a three-axle aluminum Venture trailer from 2023. An additional Yamaha 9.9 hp outboard with bracket and tie bar is included.

The accommodation and galley are well-equipped for extended cruising. The interior includes a marine toilet with macerator and black water tank, air conditioning with two hot/cold cycles, a propane stove and oven with two tanks, a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Two hot and cold water sinks service the galley and head areas. The boat features trim tabs, an electric windlass, and a bow thruster for maneuvering. A generator provides shore power when at anchor.

Navigation and electronics are comprehensive. The Garmin 8612xsv chartplotter with sonar and XHD radar work alongside Garmin autopilot with remote control, VHF radio, and Fusion radio with six speakers. The boat carries a Garmin GPS with television and antenna. Yamaha digital engine instrumentation and electronic motor control with fuel indicator display are integrated throughout.

Additional systems and amenities include a 160-watt solar panel with 20-amp controller, 2000-watt inverter, and three AGM service batteries plus one AGM engine battery. The boat features LED lighting throughout, mood lighting, twin windshield wipers, bimini top, and an openable rear window. Fishing rod holders, downrigger plates, a 16.5-pound anchor with 50 feet of chain and 200 feet of line, deck pump, electric BBQ, underwater lights, and platform complete the outfit. An aft cockpit sun shade and antifouling treatment are fitted.
