The 2021 Lagoon 50 is a 48.5-foot fiberglass catamaran with a 26.6-foot beam, powered by twin 80-horsepower Yanmar diesel engines. The hull carries six cabins and seven heads, with accommodations spread across both hulls designed for comfort and efficient use of space. Interior finishes feature Alpi Walnut cabinetry and an Asburgo floor, with PVC Snow White upholstery throughout the cabins and beige fabrics in outdoor seating areas.
The layout includes a forward port bow berth with a starboard bow head compartment. All cabins have portholes and windows fitted with blinds, and indirect lighting throughout complements the teak passageway steps. The main saloon and cabins feature 14 USB sockets for charging, with additional amenities including a 110-liter freezer, dishwasher, and reverse-cycle air conditioning rated at 64,000 BTU.
On deck, the catamaran is well-equipped for extended cruising. A Fusion MS-RA70 audio system with six speakers covers the salon, cockpit, and flybridge. The navigation suite includes B&G Zeus 3 16-inch display, radar, autopilot with remote control, AIS transceiver, and VHF radio. An electric windlass with remote and chain counter sits at the helm station, and all-electric flybridge winches with Harken line feeder manage the sail plan. An XL hydraulic tender lift with remote control and a swim ladder with second hot shower are mounted on the transom.
The boat carries a 100-liter-per-hour watermaker, 11-kVA Onan genset with Cocoon silencer, 2,000-VA inverter, and enhanced battery systems. Additional equipment includes an electric-flush toilet system for six cabins, extra fresh water tanks, deck courtesy lights, a large foldable teak dining table, and a flybridge bimini with windscreen and enclosure sides. A tender with 30-horsepower Honda outboard is included.
