The 2021 Mako Pro Skiff 17 CC is a composite flats boat built around the brand's patented Advanced Inverted V hull design. The hull delivers a quick holeshot, stable ride, and responsive handling suited to inshore fishing. Constructed entirely from fiberglass composite with a foam-filled hull mechanically and chemically bonded to the deck as one unitized structure, the boat offers superior flotation and quiet operation. It carries a capacity of nearly three-quarters of a ton.
The open layout centers on a console with an 8-gallon baitwell, five vertical rod holders, an acrylic windscreen, and a stainless grab rail. Forward seating includes a molded console seat with grab handles and a padded, hinged cushion. The helm features a removable 65-quart rotomolded foam-filled cooler seat designed for ice retention. An aft 19-gallon livewell with adjustable aerator and overflow sits behind the console.
Deck space includes forward and aft casting platforms, with a lockable storage locker in the bow and a dedicated anchor and cast net locker. The stringer system runs the length of the boat in one-piece gelcoated fiberglass filled with closed-cell foam. Power comes from a single 60-horsepower Mercury outboard. The boat arrives on a custom-matched hot-dipped galvanized trailer.
