The 2022 Beneteau First 53 is a performance sailing yacht designed for comfortable cruising and family sailing. Built with a fiberglass hull and powered by a 110 hp Yanmar diesel engine, the boat measures 56 feet in length with a 16-foot beam. She features twin bow and stern thrusters alongside the main engine, making tight marina maneuvers straightforward. The mainsail is equipped with electric furling, and electric winches throughout the cockpit reduce the physical demands of sail handling.
The cockpit spans the full 5-meter wide transom, offering excellent sightlines and ergonomics. All sheet controls are within immediate reach, and the anchor can be deployed from the helm position. Below deck, the interior benefits from 1.98 meters of headroom throughout the main saloon, creating a bright and open feel. The port side galley runs along an L-shape with 1.99 meters of headroom, and includes an electric stove and grill, multiple refrigerators, and a wine cooler. The saloon features a U-shaped sofa on port and a lounge seating area on starboard.
The forward owner's cabin holds a 1.60 by 2.05 meter island bed with substantial storage, along with an ensuite heads and separate shower. Two additional cabins aft each contain double berths of 1.40 by 2.05 meters, served by a generous heads with shower. Headroom in the heads spaces ranges from 1.91 to 1.96 meters.
The yacht is outfitted with the Luxe Trim Level, Self Tacking, and Downwind packages. It has been actively cruised and represents a well-equipped example of the model.
