2022 Neo 430 Roma

The 2022 Neo 430 Roma is a full-carbon racer-cruiser built by Neo Yachts & Composites in Bari, Italy. Designed by Ceccarelli Yacht Design, the yacht features a twin-rudder configuration with fixed keel and achieves an ultra-light displacement of approximately 5,700–5,800 kg through advanced prepreg carbon fiber construction using epoxy infusion and Gurit technology. The hull's sandwich construction allocates roughly 52% of weight to the keel—approximately 2,800–2,900 kg of ballast—to maximize stability while maintaining minimal overall weight. The design delivers a long waterline of 11.8 meters and is rated for Category A ocean sailing.

The interior employs structural composite materials and minimalistic cabinetry consistent with the yacht's performance-focused architecture. Below deck there are three cabins and one head. The V-berth interiors are laid out to accommodate the boat's dual purpose as both an offshore racer and cruising platform.

This hull was optimized and upgraded for offshore racing, with a design envelope supporting crews of up to ten sailors. The boat was launched in July 2022 and has been campaigned in IRC and ORC racing programs, demonstrating the engineering and build quality inherent to its carbon construction and racing pedigree.
