The 2025 Alubat Ovni 430 is a 42-foot aluminum sailing yacht built for serious offshore cruising. This example has already completed an Atlantic crossing and carries Alubat's 10-year structural hull warranty. The boat combines proven bluewater design with comprehensive modern systems and equipment.
Power comes from a Volvo Penta D2-50 diesel engine with shaft drive. The electrical setup centers on 800Ah lithium battery bank with 5000W inverter, supplemented by 680W solar panels and a hydrogenerator. Additional systems include a generator, watermaker, and air conditioning. Navigation equipment consists of a B&G suite with dual autopilot and HALO radar, plus Starlink and Iridium communication. The sail plan features a HydraNet mainsail, gennaker, staysail, and parasail with furling capability.
The layout includes two cabins and a dedicated workshop or technical room. The yacht features a lifting keel ranging from 0.93 to 3.55 meters, a bow thruster, and electric Andersen BEAST winches for easy handling. The aluminum doghouse and full cockpit protection enhance seaworthiness and crew comfort. A complete inventory of cruising gear is included: dinghy with outboard, kayak, SUP, diving compressor with dive equipment, six-person offshore liferaft, extensive spares, tools, safety gear, and a medical kit with defibrillator.
