This 2023 Bavaria C42 is a 42-foot fiberglass cruising sailboat powered by a single 40-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine. The boat features a modern hull design with chines and a V-shaped bow that delivers strong sailing performance while maximizing interior volume. It runs at a cruising speed of 7.5 knots with a maximum speed of 9 knots and has logged only 75 hours on the engine.

The interior layout includes three cabins and two heads, arranged to provide comfortable accommodation for extended cruising. The boat is configured for single-handed sailing, with self-tacking headsail and furling mainsail systems. A new dodger, bimini, and connector have been installed, along with an offshore electronics package.
