The 2023 Com-Pac Picnic Cat is a 14-foot catboat designed by Clark Mills, known for the Optimist Pram and other respected small-craft designs. Unlike other Com-Pac models, this boat features a centerboard rather than a keel, allowing it to be beached with the board raised.
