The Walter 450 is a 45-foot custom aluminum houseboat built in Canada, designed as a full-time floating residence. Twin Yamaha 150 hp gasoline engines provide propulsion with a top speed of 13.5 knots. The boat accommodates up to eight people for cruising and sleeps four. Trim tabs aid in handling and comfort underway.

Living spaces are thoughtfully appointed with four-season insulation throughout, air conditioning, and lithium battery power. A full bathroom with shower, generous roof terrace, and open layout maximize comfort and usable area. The design prioritizes the experience of waterborne living without sacrificing the space and amenities expected of a residential environment.
