2023 MJM 35 DOWNEAST

The MJM 35 Downeast is a 2023 fiberglass downeast yacht built for coastal cruising and day running. Twin Mercury 300 HP V8 outboard engines deliver smooth, efficient power with joystick piloting and bow thruster for precision docking. The lightweight epoxy resin construction and proven MJM hull design provide responsive handling and a steady ride, enhanced by an integrated SeaKeeper gyro stabilizer that works noticeably in choppy conditions.

Below deck, the boat offers modest accommodations with a V-berth that converts to a double with the included filler cushion, plus an enclosed cabin space. Climate control comes from an 8,000 BTU cabin air conditioning unit and a 16,000 BTU reverse cycle unit in the pilothouse, while a 3.5 kW generator provides self-sufficiency. A microwave and convection oven support galley operations.

The pilothouse and aft cockpit feature synthetic teak flooring with quality upholstery and teak accents throughout. Side boarding doors on both port and starboard sides ease access, and Sunbrella privacy curtains are fitted. The navigation suite includes full Garmin electronics with AIS black box transmitter and a FLIR M232 thermal imaging camera. An aft cockpit Bimini top and LED spotlight complete the setup. The hull is finished in metallic blue.
