2023 NEEL 51

The 2023 NEEL 51 is a 51-foot fiberglass trimaran with a 30.5-foot beam, powered by a single 75 hp Volvo diesel engine. This is Hull 38, equipped as a five-cabin configuration with one suite on the main deck, one suite forward in the main hull, two suites in the amas, and a skipper's cabin aft starboard. Four heads serve the accommodations. The boat includes an advanced lithium power system with up to 36 kWh capacity and 24 high-efficiency solar panels integrated into the deck, supported by Mastervolt monitoring and NMEA integration to navigation displays. A 13.5 kVA genset provides backup power.

The sail plan features a top-square full-batten mainsail and dacron genoa and self-tacking jib, both on furlers with UV protection. An electrical 52-line winch handles the main halyard and reefing. The boat carries an asymmetric spinnaker with sock and a staysail on a removable furler. A folding propeller and 24V bow thruster with dedicated battery round out the propulsion and maneuvering systems.

Deck and exterior comfort include synthetic teak in the cockpit, wings, transoms, and sun deck. A removable cockpit tent, full closing bimini, and bimini at the helm with windshield provide weather protection. A transom ladder with hot and cold shower sits on the port side. Interior amenities feature centralized air conditioning with reversible Webasto BlueCool P60 system rated at 60,000 BTU, complete LED lighting with dimming zones throughout, and 110V and 230V shore power capability with multiple outlets. An induction cooktop and 230V oven upgrade the galley. A HIGHFIELD 3.4-meter dinghy with 20 hp Honda outboard is included, along with an anchoring kit and mooring kit.

Navigation and electronics consist of dual ZEUS 3 12-inch chart plotters, B&G Radar 4G broadband, Triton 2 instruments, AIS transmitter and receiver, VHF V60, and autopilot with gyro and two control stations. All systems integrate via NMEA for real-time display of tank levels, battery status, and solar performance.
