2023 Persico Imoca

This 2023 Persico Imoca is a 60-foot racing-cruiser built in fiberglass with a carbon mast and comprehensive offshore-grade equipment. Powered by a Lombardini diesel engine of 37 horsepower, the boat combines performance sailing with seaworthiness. The cockpit features a tiller and stick steering, with the mainsail track and traveller positioned for efficient control.

The sail plan includes a full-batten mainsail with lazy-bag and lazy-jacks, classical reef points, and an asymmetric spinnaker paired with a gennaker on a furler and spinnaker sock. The running rigging is Dyneema. A sail storage locker occupies the forward cabin area.

Navigation electronics comprise a B&G chartplotter, in-board Maditec autopilot, radar with mast-mounted radome, VHF with interface at the chart table, AIS transceiver, and emergency beacon. Power comes from serviced batteries supplemented by 1,600 watts of solar panels and two hydrogenators. LED navigation lights and interior lighting throughout. Safety gear includes a life raft, primary anchor setup, lines, and fenders.
