The 2023 Seawind 1600 Passagemaker is a 52.8-foot catamaran built in fiberglass, designed by Reichel Pugh for performance cruising across open water. Twin Yanmar diesel engines of 160 horsepower deliver a cruising speed of 8 knots and a maximum speed of 10 knots. Retractable daggerboards and rudders drop the draft to just 65 centimeters, allowing access to shallow anchorages. The plumb bows and efficient hull form support stable, fast passages.

The owner's layout dedicates the entire starboard hull to a private suite featuring a queen island bed, generous storage, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The port hull contains two guest cabins sharing a second head, suitable for extended cruising with family or friends. The saloon opens through large sliding doors to an expansive cockpit with seating for eight and a dining table sheltered by a hardtop bimini. Interior finishes include light oak and modern walnut flooring with foam-cored construction throughout.

Twin protected helm stations provide excellent visibility, with all sail controls led aft for shorthanded operation. Navigation relies on a complete B&G instrument suite. The boat carries 750 liters of fuel and 658 liters of freshwater storage. Power management centers on a 24-volt electrical system with LiFePO4 batteries and an extensive solar array for extended self-sufficiency offshore.
