This 2024 Helmsman Trawlers 43E Pilothouse is a fiberglass trawler powered by a Cummins QSB6.7 diesel engine producing 380 horsepower, with dual-station helm controls and just 669 hours of operation. The boat features a two-stateroom layout and is equipped with an extensive array of systems including a Northern Lights 6 kW generator, Victron inverter and chargers, five 225-watt solar panels, and a Blue Water Desalination watermaker rated at 360 gallons per day.

The pilothouse design centers on a lower helm with a flip-up seat and upper flybridge helm, both outfitted with Garmin glass bridge displays, autopilot with dual-station control, and Garmin Fantom 24-nautical-mile radar. Navigation and communication electronics include Vesper Cortex VHF radio with AIS and multiple cameras with thermal imaging. A Splendide washer-dryer combo and 17-gallon stainless steel water heater round out the utilities.

The flybridge offers hardtop coverage with electronics wiring, dual pedestal seats, L-shaped settee with built-in propane tanks, and courtesy lighting. Additional features include a Nick Jackson 750-pound LP davit with a Highfield Classic 310 dinghy, DMS MagnusMaster anti-roll stabilizers, dual cockpit side-entry doors, swim platform safety rails, and entertainment systems spanning a Fusion stereo with multiple speakers and a TV with soundbar.
