The STERK 31 is a 32-foot center console built on a fiberglass deep-V hull with double steps and spray rails designed for high-speed performance and agile handling. Twin Yamaha 300-horsepower engines power the boat. The hull features hook rails at the stern and negative chines that work together to reduce heeling, improve cornering stability, and minimize spray. The progressive hull design has been refined through computational fluid dynamics testing.
The helm station centers on an angled dashboard that reduces glare and maintains sightlines even at speed. Sport seats with flip-up bolsters and side support accommodate both seated and standing operation. The deck unfolds around a convertible U-shaped lounge that serves as a social space for entertaining and dining, with passenger seating featuring a leaning function for safety during cruising. Bow and cabin storage compartments keep gear organized throughout the boat's layout, which accommodates up to nine passengers total.
Finished in white with silver accents and almond Nautilus upholstery, the boat features EVA soft-teak decking. Equipment includes a full electrical system, triple bilge pumps, a CE-certified fuel tank, and a foldable boarding ladder. The 31 is 32 feet long with a 9.83-foot beam.
