The 2024 True North 34 is a 34-foot express cruiser built on a fiberglass hull powered by twin 350 hp Suzuki outboards. The design blends classic Downeast styling with modern outboard propulsion, delivering a cruising speed of 20 knots with a maximum speed of 25 knots. The hull incorporates a sharp, plumb bow and balanced displacement with flatter aft sections, engineered to handle rough water and heavy seas while maintaining stability and a solid ride.
The pilothouse offers 360-degree visibility through enlarged windows and features a laminate teak and holly floor, sliding sunroof with interior wood trim, and a retractable 12-volt electric sunshade. The hardback enclosure and open aft window provide both weather protection and cockpit access. Below, a single master cabin includes a head with shower, also finished in teak.
The boat comes equipped with substantial onboard systems: twin 12-volt anchor windlass and bow thruster, Garmin electronics package with 16-inch GPSMAP 8616xsv and autopilot, Fusion marine audio, a forced-air heating system, 2000-watt inverter, 110-volt generator, induction cooktop, and convection microwave. Additional features include trim tabs, joystick control, raw water washdown at bow and stern, underwater lights, and a hydraulic outboard transom bracket allowing engines to be fully submerged or completely raised. The hull is painted Awlgrip Flag Blue with a white boot stripe.
