2025 Cobalt R8

The 2025 Cobalt R8 is a 27.8-foot bowrider built on a fiberglass hull and powered by a single 380-horsepower Volvo gasoline engine. The design emphasizes both size and usable space—the R8 features an elevated profile and increased freeboard that enhance the interior volume throughout the bow and cockpit areas. The swim step is engineered for easy water access.

The layout prioritizes passenger comfort with a spacious bow section and a generous cockpit. A single head is included. Storage capacity runs the full length of the boat, accommodating gear and personal items for extended outings.

This example shows 25 hours of engine time and has been stored indoors on a lift under cover when not in use. A trailer is available.
