The 2026 Alumaweld Adventurer 18 is an 20-foot aluminum runabout engineered for both jet and outboard power. Its defining feature is the 14-degree Ride Master Vee bottom, Alumaweld's exclusive hull design that combines the advantages of a deep vee—cutting cleanly through chop—with the shallow-water capability of a jet drive. The hull uses heavy-duty construction with a 0.160-inch bottom and 0.125-inch sidewalls, along with engineered chining, lifting strakes, and sidewall flare to deliver a dry, stable ride. The 7.4-foot beam and high freeboard provide security for standing anglers.
The interior is purpose-built for fishing and day running. Twin comfort seats sit atop aluminum storage boxes, with full-length storage trays running the length of the boat. A welded fish box occupies the bow, and the transom features a rigging compartment and extra-wide tray. The foredeck includes a lockable storage locker. An electronics box with a lockable door accommodates 24 inches of gear on the 20-foot model.
Equipment is thorough. The deluxe switch panel includes five switches, dual USB ports, and a 12-volt outlet. An under-floor aluminum fuel tank with gauge supplies up to 29 gallons. Standard features include an electric bilge pump, washdown pump, rod grippers, powder-coated cleats, navigation lights, sound insulation, U.S. Coast Guard approved flotation, and stainless steel hinges throughout. The deck is finished with Armor Tech premium floorboards and Dura Tuff non-skid vinyl. The hull supports a maximum of five people and 1,500 pounds total capacity, and accepts outboards or jets up to 115 horsepower.
